Ingredients
- 1 chicken (3-1/2 lb.), quartered
- 1 1/4 lb. sweet potatoes (about 3), cut into spears
- 1/4 cup A.1. Steak Sauce Smoky Mesquite
- 2 Tablespoons honey

Preparation
Step 1
HEAT oven to 400ºF.
PLACE chicken, skin-sides up, in 15x10x1-inch pan. Add potatoes.
BAKE 1 hour or until chicken is done (165ºF) and potatoes are tender, brushing chicken occasionally with combined steak sauce and honey for the last 15 min.
Substitute
Prepare using your favorite variety of A.1. Steak Sauce

As Beth stated above, words can't describe this dish. It was a little taste of heaven. I used boneless, skinless thin cut chicken breasts as my mother is diabetic and wanted to cut down on the fat as much as possible.
No words can describe this dish other than DELICIOUS!
Great flavor and very moist. I used just chicken thighs and doubled the glaze.
