Super easy and fast! Great dish! I changed it a little by using Extra Virgin Olive Oil instead of vinegar. It proved to be a great life choice. I also used a pinch more of sugar and only one sweet onion. I also used a roasted garlic and sea salt mixture instead. Turned out great and I'd do it again in a heartbeat!

Easy Indeed!!! I had leftover cabbage from a poorly executed stuffed cabbage roll dinner and decided to search for a cabbage recipe. My husband is Indian and to my surprise loves cabbage. I searched for some Indian cabbage recipes but there are simply too many spices to add and we have a limited pantry. I found this recipe online and thought I was on to My husband loved it. It reminded him of home minus the spice. We enjoyed the flavor and will make it again. He is skeptical of my cooking new things but this was a hit. For me it was easy. I used a little less cabbage to start so his only request was to use less butter next time. He added it to his favorite things his wife cooks list. Mission accomplished!

Super Easy - Super Tasty! I had a head of cabbage in the fridge so I went to the trusty internet for ideas. This was the first recipe that came up and I gave it a shot this evening. Wow - it really came out great. The only thing I did differently was to add a chopped jalapeno. This one might just become a regular in the rotation around here. I figure I could add some bacon or pork to it also.

With the onions I put in long strips of parsnips, garlic, fresh herbs, graded carrot, white wine, 2 teaspoon of horseradish and a squeeze of Dijon mustard. After I put the cabbage in I put in cubed ham, one tablespoon on salsa for color. This is such a easy recipe for leftovers in your fridge!

Yummy! I used rice vinegar instead of regular, it was what I had. I made it for New Years Day with black eyed peas, cornbread, and rice. Everyone absolutely loved the cabbage!
