  • 1 stick unsalted butter a room temperature
  • 1 very ripe avocado
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Pinch of sugar
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, minced
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2-1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt or to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper or to taste
  • Pinch of cayenne pepper

Preparation

Step 1

1. Place all ingredients into a food processor and process until smooth.
2. Roll up in plastic wrap, making into a log and refrigerate or freeze.
3. Will keep in the freezer for up to 3 months.
