Ingredients
- Batter:
- weiners cut in 1 inch pieces
- 3/4 C all-purpose flour
- 1/4 C cornstarch
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 C beer

Preparation
Step 1
Mix dry ingredients together. Add eggs and beer. Beat until batter is creamy smooth.
This batter is delicious when used for coating cubes of cheese, weiners, cooked cubed turkey, pork or other meat.
Coat dipper and cook in oil fondue.
