  • 1 cup romaine lettuce
  • 1 tomato, chopped
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 1 medium carrot, chopped
  • 3 tbsp italian light dressing or 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
