Double Chocolate Mint Dessert

Ingredients
- Chocolate Topping:
- 1 c flour
- 1 c sugar
- 1/2 c margerine, softened
- 4 eggs
- 1-1/2 c (16 oz can) Hershey's Syrup
- Mint Cream Layer: Combine
- 2 c confectioners sugar
- 1/2 c margerine, softened
- 1 T water
- 1/2 t mint extract
- 3 drops green food color. Beat until smooth.
- 6 T margerine
- 1 c Hershey's semi-sweet chocolate chips
- In microwave melt on high for 1-1-1/2 minutes or until chips are melted and mixture is smooth when stirred.

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 350. Grease 9x13 pan.
In large bowl beat flour, sugar, butter, eggs and syrup until smooth. Pour into pan. Bake 25-30 minutes. Cool completely.
Spread Mint-Cream layer on cake. Chill. Pour chocolate topping over dessert. Cover and chill.
