Preparation

Step 1

Pat Clarke’s ribs:

Boil until fork tender (about 45 min to 1 hour)
Big roasting pan
Kraft original bb sauce on bottom
Lay ribs
Cover with sauce
350 for 1 hour.
Hatfield pork ribs

Ribs – Tim Hammond’s

4-5 hours. Cool time
rinse and cut (1/3’s)
Pot and boil for 5 min
Preheat 225-250
Coat with bulls eye
Place in roaster, coat
Cover and roast 3-4 hours
Remove lid after 2 hour, occasionally to reduce steam
Remove at pull away
Slather and grill on low 10-12 minutes
