Ingredients
- 4 cups cooked soaked oatmeal
- 3 TB butter or coconut oil
- 1/4 cup blanched almonds or soaked/crispy almonds, pulsed in the processor
- 1 cup cherries, pureed
- 1/2 tsp almond extract
- 2-4 TB raw honey (Optional – the cherries and raisins are sweet enough on their own)
