M&M Cookie Bars

Great with Red and Green M&Ms for Christmas

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 Sticks of Butter, Room Temperature
• 1 C Brown Sugar
• 1/2 C Sugar
• 1 Egg
• 1 Egg Yolk
• 1 Tbs Vanilla
• 1 tsp Baking Soda
• 2 tsp Cornstarch
• 1/2 tsp Salt
• 2 C Flour
• 1 C Chocolate Chips
• 1 C M&Ms

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9X13 pan.

Cream butter and sugars until creamy. Beat in egg, yolk and vanilla. Beat in dry ingredients, then fold in chips and M&Ms. Spread in pan, top with additional M&Ms and bake for 25 minutes.
