Ingredients

• 1 cup sugar
• 1 cup margarine
• 1 egg
• 1 tsp. vanilla
• 2 cups quick cook oats
• 1 1/2 cups flour
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
• 1 cup raisins

Preparation

Step 1

Cream brown sugar and margarine. Add egg and vanilla and mix well. Add dry ingredients and mix until well blended. Bake at 400F for 5 to 7 minutes.
