  • 2 cans of oysters (1 pint)
  • 4 tablespoons oyster liquid
  • 2 tablespoons cream
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 cup cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 melted butter

Cooking time 45mins

Preparation

Step 1

1. Mix cracker and bread crumbs with melted butter
2. Place a thin layer of the mixture on the bottom of the pan
3. Cover with oysters
4. Add part of milk/cream and oyster liquid
5. Repeat and cover with layer of crumbs
6. Cook for 30 min @ 350 degrees
