Ingredients
- 2 eggs whites, beaten into stiff peaks
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp cream of tartar
- 3/4 c sugar
- 1 c chocolate chips
- 1/4 c nuts
- 1/2 c coconut (if desired)

Beat your egg whites into stiff peaks.
Add salt, tartar, and vanilla.
Gradually add sugar.
Fold in chocolate chips, nuts, and coconut.
Bake on a greased sheet for 20 minutes at 300 degrees.
