Easy Stuffed Peppers

Ingredients
- 6 Medium size peppers
- 1 lb. Ground beef
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1/2 tea. salt
- 1 dash pepper
- 1 egg slightly beaten
- 2 tablespoons minced onion
- 1 can (1 1/4 cup) condensed tomato soup

Preparation
Step 1
Remove tops and seeds from peppers.
Steam shells for about 10 min.
Combine remaining ingredients using only ½ can soup. Mix well.
Fill peppers with stuffing
Bake at 375 for 30 min.
Pour remaining soup over peppers and continue cooking for 15 min.
