Ingredients
- 4 pieces boneless skinless chicken breast.
- 1 can of 98% fat free condensed cream of chicken soup.
- 1 1/2 cups of diced onion.
- 1 can of diced Ortega green chilis

Preparation
Step 1
In a pan coated with non-stick cooking spray, sear chicken breasts (for 3 min. on each side) and place in the slow cooker. Sauté onions and place in the slow cooker.
Combine the rest of the ingredients in the slow cooker, and stir them together.
Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.
Serve over steamed rice
