Ingredients
- 1 lb. Ground Beef (drain after browning)
- 1 c. chopped onions
- 1 c. each green and red peppers chopped
- 3 cloves garlic chopped
- 1-16 oz. can diced tomatoes
- 1 c. dark kidney beans, drained
- 1 c. tomato sauce
- 2 tsp. chili powder
- 1/2 tsp. dried crushed Basil
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. ground pepper
- TOPPING;
- 2 tblsp. cilantro
- 2 tblsp. grated Monteray Jack cheese
- Sour Cream

Preparation
Step 1
In a skillet brown meat and vegetables. Drain Fat.
Add in sauce pan tomatoes and all the rest of ingredients.
Simmer for 25 minutes, Serves 4 Top with the toppings.
