Ingredients
- 1-1/2 pounds salmon fillet, skin removed
- 1 tablespoon papAka
- salt and freshly ground pepper 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/4 cup minced fresh, ginger
- 1/2 cup minced scallions
- 1 tablespoon minced green chiles 1/4 cup soy sauce

Step 1
Preheat oven to 375°. Rub the sa *sh with pprika, salt and pepper. Play Amon on a baking sheet, and set aside.
In a medium sauté pan over medium heat, warm the olive oil. Sauté the ginger, scallions and chiles until browned, about 1 to 2 minutes. Add the soy sauce, and cook until combined, about 1 minute. Spoon the ginger-scallion mixture over the salmon, and pour any remaining soy sauce over fgh. Bake, uncovered, until salmon flakes easily, about 25 to 30 minutes.
Remove from oven, and let rest for several minutes, and serve hot or at room temperature.
