MICROWAVE MIX BROWNIES

• Nonstick cooking spray
• 2 cups Microwave Brownie/Cake Mix
• 2 eggs
• 1/2 cup mayonnaise

Preparation

Step 1

1. Spray microwave-safe 10 x 6 x 2-inch
baking dish with cooking spray.

2. Combine mix, eggs and mayonnaise
in bowl. Spread in prepared dish.

3. Microwave at half'power (50%) for
6 minutes, turning oncje. Turn again.
Microwave at full power (100%) for 2 to
3 minutes or until surface is firm to the
touch. Remove dish to wire rack to cool
completely before cutting.

Makes 18 brownies for $1.34. Nutrient Value Per Brownie: 111 calories, 2 g protein, 6 g fat, 14 g carbohydrate, 53 mg sodium, 34 mg cholesterol.
