Fennel in the Sun Juice

Ingredients

• 1/4 1/4 1/4 pineapple (small)
• 1/2 1/2 1/2 large fennel
• 2 2 2 celery stalks
• 1 1 1 zucchini (courgette)
• 1 1 1 lemon

Preparation

Step 1

1. Wash all ingredients.

2. Peel lemon and remove core from pineapple (you can leave its outer skin on if you like!)

3. Add all produce through juicer and enjoy.

Pineapple – apple, pear
Fennel – cucumber, kale, lettuce
Celery – cucumber, zucchini
Zucchini – celery, cucumber
Lemon – lime, grapefruit
