Never Fail Meringue
- 1 Tbsp corn starch
- 1/2 c boiling water
- 3 egg whites, beaten until stiff
- 6 Tbsp sugar
Moisten corn starch with water.
Pour boiling water in with corn starch mixture and cook until clear. Cool.
Beat egg whites until stiff and add sugar.
Beat into corn starch mixture and beat until right consistency.
Bake at 375 degrees.
