Ingredients

  • 2 12-oz jars of artichoke hearts in brine, drained
  • 1 5.75 oz can jumbo black pitted olives, drained
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1/2 tsp chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tsp dill weed
  • 1 can hearts of palm, cut into 1/2" pieces
  • 1/4 c vegetable oil
  • 1 red ell pepper, cut into 1/2" pieces
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, cut into 1/2" pieces
