Ingredients
- 6 oz (180 g) colourful coleslaw mix
- 4 tbsp (60 ml) mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp (25 ml) Dijon-style mustard
- 1/4 red pepper, thinly sliced
- 1/4 green pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 shallot, thinly sliced
- 2 tsp (10 ml) grated fresh ginger
- 3 tbsp (45 ml) fresh lemon juice
- 3 tbsp (45 ml) fresh lime juice
- 1/2 tsp (2 ml) sesame oil
