Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 c sugar
- 1 1/2 c flour
- 1 c blanched whole almonds (in a little flour)
- 1 1/2 tsp almond extract
- 1 pinch salt

Step 1
Bake in prepared loaf pan 300 degrees 45-50 min.
Slice PAPER THIN while hot (cool no more than 5 min,
preferably 2-3 min)
