Ingredients
- Frosting:
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/3 cup HERSHEY's cocoa
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 3 tbl butter, softened
- 2 tbl Hershey's cocoa
- 1 tbl honey
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tbl milk
- Optional Mint Layer:
- 2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup softened butter
- 1 tbl water
- 1/2 tsp mint extract
- 3 drops green food coloring

Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease 9x9in baking dish.
2. Stir together butter, sugar, vanilla. Add eggs.
3. Stir together flour, cocoa, baking powder, salt. Add to egg mixture.
4. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
5. You can either put on just the frosting, or you can make the mint layer too:
Add mint layer first, then cover with chocolate frosting. Put in fridge to harden.
