Ingredients
- 10 Ounces Apricot jam
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 3/4 Cup Oil
- 1 egg
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Preparation
Step 1
1. Cream sugar and oil
2. Add egg
3. Add remaining ingredients
4. Press 3/4 of the mixture in a large rectangular pan
5. Spread apricot jam over dough, then q/2 cup choped walnuts over jam
6. Crumble the rest of the dough on top
7. Bake at 350 degrees till golden brown. (about 40 mins.)
