Ingredients
- 2 C flour
- 1 T cinnamon
- 1 C butter
- 1 C sugar
- 1 egg, separated
- 1/2 C chopped pecans

Step 1
Combine flour, cinnamon, butter, sugar, YOLK and pecans. Spread to 1/4 " thickness on baking sheet. Beat egg white til foamy. Brush over top. Bake at 300 degrees for 35 minutes. Cut while hot.
