Turtle Cookies

Ingredients

• Cookies:
• 1 sticks butter (1 Cup)
• 4 sq baking chocolate
• 4 eggs
• 1 1/2 C sugar
• 2 C flour
• 2 t. vanilla
• Frosting:
• 2 sq baking chocolate
• 4 T butter
• 4 T milk
• 1 t. vanilla
• powdered sugar to thicken

Preparation

Step 1

Melt butter and chocolate together. Add beaten eggs, sugar, flour, vanilla. Drop by teaspoonful on medium hot waffle iron. Don't let waffle iron get too hot. Bake for less than a minute.
Frost with:
Melt chocolate and butter together. Add milk and vanilla. Add powdered sugar to thicken.
