Ingredients

2 eggs
2 T maraschino cherry juice
2 T water
1 pkg white cake mix
1/2 C chopped maraschino cherried
1/2 C chopped walnuts or pecans

Preparation

Step 1

Combine first 4 ingredients and blend. Stir in cherries and nuts. Pat in 10x15 cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Cool.

Frost with cream cheese frosting, colored with maraschino cherry juice and flavored with almond.

cream cheese frosting:
1-8 oz pkg cream cheese
1/4 C butter
3-4 C powdered sugar
flavor with cherry juice and almond
