Ingredients
- 2 c sugar
- 1 c shortening
- 2 eggs
- 1 c sour milk
- 3 t baking powder
- 1 1/2 t soda
- 1 1/2 t nutmeg
- 1 t vanilla
- 4 c flour

Preparation
Step 1
Mix ingredients in order given.
Refrigerate two hours then roll out to 1/2" on floured surface. Cut with cookie cutters of your choice.
Bake 350
8-10 minutes.
Decorate with frosting and sprinkles.
Store in covered container to keep cookie soft.
