Ingredients
- 1 T cooking oil
- 3/4 lb lean ground turkey
- 3/4 C chopped onion
- 3/4 C chopped celery
- 2 tsp flour
- 8 C chicken stock
- 2 C frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 C frozen diced hash brown potatoes
- 2/3 C very small pasta
- 2 tsp parsley flakes
- 1/4 tsp poultry seasoning
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/2 C half and half cream

Preparation
Step 1
Heat cooking oil in large saucepan on medium-high. Add next 3 ingredients. Scramble-fry for about 10 minutes until vegies are softened and turkey no longer pink.
Sprinkle with flour. Heat and stir for 1 minute.
Add next 7 ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low. Simmer, partially covered, for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta and vegies are tender.
Add cream. Heat and stir for about 1 minute until heated through.
