1. MIX FIRST 5 INGREDIENTS AND BAKE IN 15X10 PAN AT 350 DEGREES 30 MINUTES

MINT LAYER
1. MIX NEXT 5 INGREDIENTS ANDD SPREAD OVER COOLED BROWNIE LAYER
FROSTING
1. MELT MARGARINE AND CHOCOLATE CHIPS TOGETHER
2. SPREAD OVER MINT LAYER
