Ingredients

  • 2 pounds large shrimp
  • 1 can tomato sauce(8 oz.)
  • 1 to 2 cloves minced garlic
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup chopped scallions
  • 2 pkgs. Goya spice for chicken or fish
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup red wine

Step 1

Mix all ingredients together except shrimp and saute for 15 minutes in large pan or skillet. Add shrimp and saute 15 minutes more over low heat until shrimp turn pink. Serve over rice.
