Ingredients
- 4 slices lite or hi-fiber bread
- 4 Tbs. raisins
- 2 eggs OR 1/2 cup egg substitute
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 4 packets sweet and low
- 1 cup skim milk
- 1 tsp. cinnamon

Mix all ingredients well. Spray baking dish with non-stick spray. Pour mix into dish. Bake at 350F for 35 minutes.
