Ingredients
- 2 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 4 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 egg
- 1 c. milk
- 1 c. grated cheese
- 1 egg stirred with a fork
- 1 Tbsp. sugar

Step 1
Sift dry ingred. and blend in a bowl. Cut in butter to make fine crumbs. Stir in cheese. Stir in egg with a fork. Add milk and stir until it forms a lump. Grease and flour cookie sheet. Form dough into biscuits with a cookie cutter. Brush biscuit tops with egg and sprinkle with sugar.
Bake at 450F for 12 min.
