Ingredients
- Dressing:
- 1 Large Head of finely shredded cabbage
- 1 Medium bell pepper, finely chopped
- 1 Medium finely chopped sweet onion
- 2 carrots grated
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 teaspoon celery seed
- 1 cup cider vinegar

Step 1
Combine all vegetables in a large bowel. In a saucepan over medium heat combine the ingredients for the dressing: bring to a boil. Simmer,stirring,until sugar has dissolved; pour over vegetables and toss well. Cover and refrigerate until fully chilled.
