APPLE PIE CAKE

Ingredients

• Glaze:
• 3 eggs, well beaten
• 2 c. self-rising flour
• 1 3/4 c. sugar
• 1 c. oil
• 2 t. cinnamon
• 1 t. nutmeg
• 1 can apple pie filling
• ●Mix dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl by hand. Make a hole in the center of dry ingredients.
• ●Pour in eggs and 1 c. oil. Add pie filling.
• ●Stir with spoon only long enough to blend so as not to mash apples up.
• ●Bake in greased 9 x 13 pan at 350 F for 50 minutes
• 1 c. powdered sugar
• 2 T. orange juice
• ●Mix together and pour over cake while still hot.

●Note: Can add 3/4 c. of walnuts to cake mix if you like.
