Ingredients
- 6 1/2 c. chicken broth
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1 c. diced carrots
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 Tbsp. miso paste or other flavorings
- 2 c. chopped, cooked chicken
- 1 c. cooked rice or raw noodles
- 3 Tbsp. parsley

Preparation
Step 1
Heat 1/4 broth on med. add veggies, saute until tender. Add garlic, saute 1 min. Add rest of ingred. and simmer for 20 min.
Freezes well.
