Martha's Chili

Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground chuck
- 1 can (14oz) red kidney beans
- 1 can (14oz) Hormel chili with beans
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 6 Tbs chili powder
- 1 (14oz) can beef broth
- 1 (30oz) can crushed tomatoes
- 1 can (14oz) diced tomatoes
- 2 tsp garlic
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Saute onions, cayenne and garlic in 2-3 Tbs olive oil until tender. Add chili powder and cook a few minutes longer. Remove from heat. In Dutch oven cook ground beef until no longer pink. Add all ingredients and cook for 1 hour. Cool and refrigerate overnight.
