    Cups Flour

  • 2

    Cups Sugar

  • 1

    Cup Margarine

  • 1

    Cup Water

  • 1/4

    Cup Cocoa

  • 1/2

    Cup Milk

  • 2

    Eggs

  • 1

    tsp. Baking Soda

  • 1

    tsp. Vanilla

  • 1/2

    tsp. Vinegar

  • Frosting:

  • 1/2

    Cup Margarine

  • 1/4

    Cup Milk

  • 3 1/2

    Cups Unsifted Powdered Sugar

  • 2

    Tbs. Cocoa

  • 1

    tsp. Vanilla

Directions

In a large mixing bowl, sift together flour, sugar, and cocoa. Boil water and margarine together, then stir into flour mixture. Put vinegar in cup and fill to 1/2 cup mark with milk, then add to mix. Add remaining ingredients. Put in 11 x 17 1/2 inch pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 18-20 minutes or until done. Cool, then frost. Frosting: Boil margarine and milk together. Add vanilla, then powdered sugar and cocoa, sifted together. Mix well and spread on cooled brownies.
