Ingredients
- 1 SMALL PACKAGE LEMON JELLO
- 3/4 CUP BOILING WATER
- 1 SMALL CARTON COTTAGE CHEESE
- 1 CUP DRAINED CRUSHED PINEAPPLE --SAVE JUICE
- 1- 6 OUNCE CARTON COOL WHIP
- 8 CHOPPED AND DRAINED MERACHINO CHERRIES
- 1 SMALL PACKAGE CHERRY JELLO
- 1 AND 1/3 CUP BOILING WATER

Preparation
Step 1
1. COMBINE AND SET ASIDE TO COOL, LEMON JELLO AND 3/4 CUP BOILING WATER
2. ADD TO COOLED LEMON JELLO AND REFRIGERATE TIL SET FIRM, COTTAGE CHEESE, DRAINED PINEAPPLE, COOL SHIP MARASCHINO CHERRIES AND LEMON JUICE.
FOR TOPPING:
1. COMBINE CHERRY JELLO AND 1 AND 3/4 CUP BOILING WATER. (USE RESERVED PINEAPPLE JUICE AS PART OF WATER) COOL
2 POUR OVER SET FIRST LAYER.
3. PUT 25 OR SO MINIATURE MARSHMALLOW'S ON TOP RETURN TO FRIDGE AND CHILL TIL SET FIRM
