Ingredients
- 6 cups nonfat chicken broth
- salt and pepper
- dillweed
- 1/2 cup white rice
- 3 eggs
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice

Preparation
Step 1
1. Simmer broth. Season. Add rice. Cover and simmer 20 mins. Turn down heat.
2. Beat eggs, add lemon. Slowly stir in 3/4 cup broth. Gradually add back to broth. Heat 2 mins, do not let boil.
