Ingredients
- 3 dozen eggs
- 2 - 1 pound can small beets -- cut beets in half
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 3/4 cup vinegar

Preparation
Step 1
Bring eggs to boil; cover with lid for 25 minutes. Warm beets, sugar and vinegar. Peel eggs and place in large container. Pour beet mixture over eggs and let sit for at least 24 hours before eating.
