Grape Salad

Ingredients

  • Topping:
  • 2 lbs. Seedless Grapes
  • 8 oz. Cream Cheese
  • 8 oz. Sour Cream
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla
  • 1/2 Cup Sugar
  • 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 Cup Chopped Pecans
  • 2 Tbs. Melted butter

Preparation

Step 1

Mix topping ingredients and bake for 5-7 minutes at 350 degrees (until brown sugar bubbles). Remove grapes from stems and wash. Cream together cream cheese and sour cream until smooth; add vanilla and sugar. Gently stir in grapes and sprinkle brown sugar mixture and refrigerate until ready to serve.
