Ingredients
- 8 slices cubed bread
- 2 C shredded cheese
- 2 1/2 # browned sausage
- 4 beaten eggs
- 1/2 t. salt
- 3/4 t mustard
- 2 C milk
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 C milk

Step 1
Layer cubed bread in bottom of greased 9x13 pan. Cover with shredded cheese. Then layer with browned and drained sausage.
Combine 4 beaten eggs, salt, mustard and 2 C milk. Pour over meat and spread can of cream of mushroom soup over top. Drizzle 1/2 C milk over all and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 325-350 degrees for 1 hour.
