Ingredients

  • C warm water

  • 4

    T sugar

  • 4

    T butter melted

  • 4

    tsp salt

  • 8

    C flour

  • tsp yeast

  • ½

    C warm water

Directions

dissolve yeast in 1/2 C water 10 minutes or till all dissolved. mix 4 C flour sugar salt in separate bowl. add 3 1/2 C water and butter. mix. add yeast. mix . gradually add rest of flour and turn out on floured surface. knead 10 minutes. put in greased bowl, cover with towel and let rise 1 hour. punch down, form shapes. rise 10 minutes. 350 15-20 minutes
