Ingredients

  • 1 pkg Jimmy Dean Sage Sausage
  • 2/3 cup chopped onion
  • 20 large fresh mushrooms
  • 1 pkg dry chicken gravy mix
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese, grated

Preparation

Step 1

1. Brown sausage and onions in skillet. Drain

2. Wash mushroom caps; discard stems. Place caps cavity side up in greased 9 X 13 pan.

3. Prepare chicken gravy as directed on the package.
Add all ingredients except Parmesan cheese and mushrooms to gravy mix.

4. Divide mixture evenly to fill each mushroom cap. Top with Parmesan cheese.

5. Bake at 400 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
