Chocolate Covered Cherries

Ingredients

• Chocolate mixture:
• 1 # butter
• 5 # p. sugar
• 3 T white syrup
• 1 can sweetened condensed milk
• 5 jars marachino cherries
• 2 1/2-12 oz pkgs chocolate chips
• 1 bar German sweet chocolate
• 3/4 bar parafin

Preparation

Step 1

Melt butter and syrup. Remove from heat. Add milk and sugar and mix well.
Put above white mixture around drained cherries.
Melt chocolate and parafin together. Dip covered cherries in chocolate mixture with toothpick. Cool.
