Ingredients
- 3 C riced potatoes
- 2 C flour
- 1 t. salt
- 1 T sugar
- 8 T melted shortening or 6 T with 2 T cream

Preparation
Step 1
Mix together and divide into 12 or 13 balls. Cool in refrigerator. Roll into rounds. Keep fried lefse moist between towels (1 wet).
