Ingredients
- 1/4 C Thai Green Curry Paste
- 1 can 15oz unsweetened coconut milk
- 8 oz green beans
- 1 lb boneless beef top sirloin - thinly sliced
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 can 8 oz sliced bamboo shoots drained
- cooked rice

Preparation
Step 1
Cook curry paste in Wok med-high 3 min or until browned and dry constantly stir. Whisk in coconut milk. Add green beans, cut in 1 inch lengths.
Heat to simmering. Sprinkle beef with salt and add to wok.
Simmer 5 minutes stirring often. Stir in bamboo shoots. Cook 5 min while stiring.
Serve over rice.
