  • 2 1/2 c powdered sugar
  • 1 (3oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 tsp peppermint extract
  • 7 drops red food coloring
  • 7 drops green food coloring
  • sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Cream powdered sugar and cream cheese together in a small bowl. Blend in extract. Divide in half. Add red food coloring to half and green to the other. Knead until the consistency of pie dough. Form into 1/2 inch balls and roll in sugar. Flatten or press into molds and remove immediately.
