You could make a pitcher of classic margaritas for your fiesta (for the record, it's 3 parts good tequila - such as blanco or reposado - 2 parts Cointreau and 1 part fresh lime juice), but we suggest upping your tequila game and serving this grown-and-sexy cocktail.

Ingredients
- 1 oz Luxardo Apricot Liqueur
- 1.5 oz Chinaco Reposado Tequila
- 2 oz dry Riesling
- Grapefruit peel for garnish

Step 1
1. Stir the first two ingredients with ice, then strain into a chilled wine glass.
2. Top w/chilled Riesling, stir, add garnish & serve.
